    Yes, we prioritise the care and handling of your goods to ensure they arrive safely. 

  • Does the fridge and freezer need to be empty before pickup?

    Yes, all white goods must be emptied with shelving to be left in both the fridge and freezer.

  • How do I prepare my artwork for transport?

    Remove from the wall and bubble wrap securely.

  • Will you transport furniture with clothing and goods still inside?

    In most instances, all furniture should be empty to prevent damage to your goods. 


    However, in some cases, lighter items may be left inside (e.g. tall boys and drawers) during transport. Please contact us for more information.
